Lets talkSkills/ Requirements* High school diploma or GED* Minimum of one to two years related experience * Valid Driver's License, Automobile liability insurance and reliable transportation * Knowledge of office systems and equipment* Basic bookkeeping skills* Sales and Marketing experience is strongly preferable* Knowledge of and the ability to articulate legal procedures for evictions in local area* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.* Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.* Ability to speak effectively before groups of residents or employees of the organization.* Ability to compute rates, discounts, and bonuses.* Computer proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, e:mail, Yardi, Outlook and the Internet.* Ability to type 40+ WPM.* Ability common sense understanding, to carry out instructions furnished in written or oral form.* The skills and ability to deal with simple and complex issues involving several variables. compensation: Based on Experience hslproperties
