Manage the overall direction, development, and performance of the department. Maximize team performance through training, motivation, and incentive programs. Set team performance standards and goals to meet revenue, call volume and sales objectives. Manage staffing levels and scheduling to optimize performance, including planning, assigning, and directing work. Monitor program effectiveness and report on productivity to project leaders and clients. Address customer and client complaints and resolve problems. Interview, select and train new associates. Complete team member performance appraisals. Lead the reward and recognition programs for the team, Coach and develop supervisors and associates to improve quality, productivity and performance. Develop and implement action plans as needed. Address employee issues related to employee performance, conduct and attendance using formal counseling process Document and track progress. Job Requirements Education: Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: Minimum of four years of call center experience, preferably in an outsource environment. Minimum of three years of supervisor/management experience, preferably in a call center environment. Prefer outsourcing experience with client relationship management. Record of sales experience and skills with proven success Skills: Computer experience in a Windows and web-based environment. Experience using internet, word processing, spreadsheet and calendar software required. MS Word, Excel and Outlook experience preferred. Ability to write and complete routine reports in various formats. Ability to analyze, interpret and report results, trends and outcomes.
