Job Description
A well-established solar company based out of Colorado is participating in a long term project in Blythe, CA and they are in need of a skilled Administrative Assistant. Successful candidates will be a self-starter and have an outgoing personality. The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
Excellent judgment and initiative
Ability to prioritize work, handle multiple priorities simultaneously and adapt quickly to changing situations
Highly organized, detail-oriented
Works well independently with little supervision and only general guidance
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information, detail oriented
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to meet deadlines using effective time management skills
Team player, willingness to accomplish all tasks as needed
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure
Qualifications:
Minimum two years office administrative support experience preferred
Must be able to type 50wpm
Above average telephone communication skills
Proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling and proofreading
Must have experience in the use of software programs: MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Hours:
Monday -- Friday
7:00am to 4:00pm
Pay Rate:
$15.00 - $17.00 per hour based on experience
