Eric Church Tribute - And Other New Country in Yuma, Arizona For Sale

My name is Kristian, 36 years old, been playing bars / clubs for about 10 years. Although the location lists Scottsdale, the location is flexible. I fronted a highly successful Dave Matthews Tribute Band in New York and Phoenix. Over the past 2-3 years, I've fallen in love with certain "newer" country artists, namely Eric Church. Other current favorites include Brad Paisley, Jake Owen, Dierks Bentley, Jason Aldeen, etc. I don't like the "too poppie" stuff like Luke Bryan or Rascal Flatts.
I sing lead and play rhythm and/or lead guitar. I have a Taylor acoustic / electric as well as a Schecter electric; however, some of these songs certainly require a REAL good lead who can solo. That's not generally my style, so I'm seeking that guy. In addition, of course, would be drums and bass - especially someone(s) who can sing back-up. Finally, in a perfect world, someone who could play violin as well as a little keys.
Here's the problem and/or fun thing: I know near 100 Dave Matthews Band songs. I know about 3-5 country songs. Therefore, this would be a fun work in progress. My goal is to play great songs with great people and have a few beers doing so. I don't do the ego thing, so if you think you're the cat's meow, look further. Watch an Eric Church interview. THAT is what I'm all about. Connecting with the audience and having the time of your life doing so.
Depending on when the guys we settle on are all set, I'm guessing it could take a good solid 2-3 months before we're able to hit it up live. I don't like shortcuts and I plan on dedicating myself to the project. Yet, I work 40 hours a week, 8am to 4pm, and I have a girlfriend who I enjoy coming home to see. This is designed to be fun, not a second job. Money is not my object. Fun is!
