My name is Katrina and I help hardworking, stressed individuals release anxiety, calm their spirits and enhance their physical well-being through therapeutic touch and other relaxation techniques.
Studies show that our bodies repair themselves when we are in a state of rest. Relaxation is an integral part of your health and well-being. At my private home studio I provide gentle, intuitive modalities to help you tap into a natural state of ease within your body.
My Offerings Include:
CranioSacral - A gentle touch modality that works with the cranial bones, spine, spinal cord and sacrum as a system. Through intent listening and light body holds you are brought to a state of stillness where the body begins to heal itself, releasing old injuries and emotions
Thai Yoga Bodywork - Rhythmic compressions are combined with yoga-like postures and passive stretching on a floor mat for an integrative experience that works the muscles, connective tissues and Sen lines (energy currents) along the body. Clients should be prepared with loose fitting, easy to move in clothes.
Reiki/Energy Healing - Clear blockages and re-align the sacred energy centers of the subtle body. Intuitive work differs between clients and sessions. I may use a combination of laying of hands, body rocking, vocal toning, mantra, crystals and guided visualization.
Guided Meditation and Relaxation - Ready to learn to relax and let go? Learn a variety of yogic meditation, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques. Tea, Yoga philosophy and mythology shared.
