Fabric jack-knife style sofa sleeper (sits on slide-out); main cushions appear to be in really good condition lower base portion does show some discoloration; I did not see any rips or burn holes. There are 2 windows on this portion of the slide-out larger one crank-style with screens both windows have fabric blinds and decorative valance. Upper double-door glass-faced cabinet. SUMMARY: For a xxxx model year this is a nice coach. She appears to have been well cared for. Clean inside and out. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior is clean and has NO unpleasant odors of any kind such as pet/smoke/musty etc. Carpet in cockpit living area hallway and bedroom showing only medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Wood flooring in kitchen appears to be in good condition may show minor blemishes. Vinyl flooring in bathroom appears to be ingood condition. Corian-style counter tops throughout all appear to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean as with any used coach some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all open and close properly some may show some minor blemishes. Dash appears to be in good condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. TIRES: Left Front Right Front Left Rear and Right Rear are all xxxx Toyo's no cracks and good tread. Everything else we tested and/or checked at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step roof air conditioning water pump lp leak detectors range oven convection microwave refrigerator/freezer furnace water heater dash air radio televisions rear view camera and monitor hydraulic leveling jacks lights & markers and generator.
