SUMMARY: This is a nice xxxx model year coach. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Carpet in cockpit, living area, dining area and bedroom showing slight to medium wear. Vinyl flooring in kitchen area appears to be in good condition. Tile flooring in bath and lavatory also appears to be in good condition. Corian-style counter tops appear to be in good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, however as with any used coach, some do show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Cabinets throughout all look good and open and close properly. Dash appears to be in good condition, does show some minor blemishes. Large 2-piece windshield does have some minor stone chips. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear view camera and monitor, leveling jacks, and generator.
