REAR CORNER LAVATORY: Toilet TP holder towel bar. Tub/shower combo with mounted/detachable shower head track shower blind. Lavatory has overhead crank vent/fan and a lighting unit.
SUMMARY: This is a nice little class C motor home.... especially for a xxxx model year. Although the exterior stickers are sun faded the interior is pretty clean and appears to have been well maintained. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior has no unpleasant odors of any kind such as pet smoke musty etc. Carpet throughout appears to be in very good condition showing only slight to medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Walls throughout are all clean however as with any used coach some do show some minor scuffs small holes from previous mountings etc. Cabinets throughout look good and open and close properly some show some minor blemishes. Counters appear to be in good condition there is a small crack near range. Tires: Right/Front xxxx Michelin good tread no cracks; Right/Rear xxxx Bridgestone good tread no cracks; Left/Front xxxx Michelin good tread no cracks; Left/Rear xxxx Bridgestone good tread no cracks. Windshield is good. All other windows are good. Everything else we tested and/or checked at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: manual entry step roof air conditioning unit water pump range oven refrigerator/freezer furnace water heater dash air radio television. This unit currently does NOT have a generator although it is plumbed and ready for one.... if buyer would like we can install an Onan xxxx micro quiet generator for an additional $2 000.
