SUMMARY: WOW!!!!!! This is a very nice coach. Beautiful and spacious. Great floor plan with beautiful accents such as the decorative molding around the slide-outs and valances. Clean inside and out. She starts, runs and drives as she should. Interior is very clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind. Carpet in partial cockpit, living area, dining area and bedroom showing only slight to medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Tile flooring in partial cockpit, kitchen, bathroom and lavatory appears to be in very good condition. Walls throughout are all clean, as with any used coach some may show some minor scuffs and/or blemishes. Corian-style counter tops throughout all appear to be in good condition, with the exception of one of the sink covers. Cabinets throughout all look good and open and close properly. Dash appears to be in good condition. 1-piece windshield is good however it does have some stone chips. All other windows are good. TIRES: see tire information in "exterior" description of this ad. Everything else we tested and/or checked the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step, roof air conditioning, water pump, lp leak detectors, range, convection microwave, refrigerator/freezer, furnace, water heater, dash air, radio, televisions, rear view camera and monitor, electronic leveling jacks, and generator. Does come with some books and manuals.
