Single-door cabinet above driver seat contains Panasonic 6-disc CD changer video selector box and a Panasonic VCR. Sylvania television above driver seat. Driver side panel has upper map/reading light sliding window with screen switches/controls (lights aux. start misc. parking brake mirrors push-button Allison transmission) lower flip-down beverage holder. Passenger/bus entry with separate screen door electric entry step for easy 5-step entry. Power stairwell cover switches (porch light light step) - located in stairwell area. Passenger side panel has upper map/reading light nearby awning control panel sliding window with fabric blinds and decorative valance lower magazine rack. There is a wrap around windshield curtain for night time privacy. Dual reclining leather captains seats both with seat belts arm rests rear map pockets and power controls. Leather appears to be in good condition minor blemishes/tiny punctures but I did not see any rips or burn holes. Dash Gauges: digital odometer speedometer tachometer water oil air volt fuel. SLIDE-OUT: This coach is equipped with one large slide-out which expands the living and dining area. Contains jack-knife style sofa sleeper dinette table dinette chairs windows lighting units etc. Slide-out is trimmed-out in decorative molding and coordinating leather/vinyl. LIVING AREA: Leather sofa (not a sleeper but could easily accommodate one person) leather appears to be in good condition may show some minor blemishes but I did not see any rips or burn holes. Nearby phone jack and wall-mounted decorative lamp. Large sliding window with screen (also serves as an emergency exit) fabric blinds and decorative valance. Upper 5-door cabinet with Duo-Therm Comfort control panel 2 lower lighting units electrical outlet. Fabric jack-knife style sofa sleeper (sits on slide-out) has seat belts; fabric shows only slight wear I did not see any rips or burn holes. There are 2 windows on this portion of the slide-out both sliding with screens fabric blinds and decorative valances. Wall-mounted lamp. There is an overhead lighting unit on this portion of the slide-out. Living Area has one overhead lighting unit.
KITCHEN/DINING AREA: Kitchen has Corian-style counter top with matching range cover dual stainless steel sink Wedgewood 3-burner gas range decorative mirrors alongside and behind range. There is a large single-door cabinet to right of range with 4 lower/outer drawers. Elite by Dometic refrigerator/freezer with ice maker and wood veneer face. Large lower drawer sits opposite range. Dinette table (sits on slide-out) 2 dinette chairs - leather/vinyl cushions appear to be in good condition I did not see any rips or burn holes. There are 2 windows on this portion of the slide-out both sliding with screens fabric blinds and decorative valance. There is an overhead decorative dinette light on this portion of the slide-out. Decorative mirrors on back wall are in view when the slide-out is in the "out" position. Kitchen/Dining Area has 3 overhead lighting units crank vent/fan.
BATHROOM: Large center bathroom has 3 sliding wood divider doors (kitchen bathroom & lavatory). Single sink with Corian-style counter top decorative beveled mirrors nearby hand towel rack upper double-door mirrored medicine cabinet lower single-door cabinet 3 lower drawers switch panels and electrical outlet. There is a make-up vanity desk which has an upper single-door mirrored medicine cabinet large mirror with vanity lights Corian-style counter top and room below for a chair. Nearby towel bar. Shower stall with skylight interior lighting unit mounted/detachable shower head and shower door. Cabinet unit directly opposite shower consists of upper double-door cabinet with interior lighting unit lower double-door cabinet contains Splendide xxxx washer/dryer combo. This area has 4 overhead lighting units. Separate/enclosed lavatory with toilet tp holder single-door cabinet vent control panel light switch panel sliding window with screen horizontal blinds and valance. Cabinet unit in lavatory consists of upper double-door linen cabinet with interior shelves and 3 lower/outer drawers. Lavatory has overhead lighting unit and a power vent.
REAR BEDROOM: Rear bedroom with mattress headboard large mirror at head-of-bed. 4-door cabinet above head-of-bed one portion contains breakers. There are 2 night stand units each one consisting of upper single-door mini mirrored wardrobe cabinet side-mounted reading lamp electrical outlet (one has switch panels) counter space 2 lower drawers. TV viewing cabinet near foot-of-bed contains small Symphonic television with built-in VCR. Large lower single-door linen cabinet. There is a large double-door mirrored wardrobe cabinet with interior lighting unit and 2 lower/outer drawers. Nearby RV30S charge controller panel. Bedroom has 2 windows both sliding with fabric blinds and decorative valances (one window serves as an emergency exit; one window is missing a screen). Bedroom has 2 overhead lighting units 2 speakers and a Winegard crank for TV antenna.
SUMMARY: This is a nice coach clean inside and out. Appears to have been wall cared for. She starts runs and drives as she should. Interior is very and has NO unpleasant odors of any kind such as pet/smoke/musty etc. Carpet in cockpit living area dining area and bedroom - showing only medium wear and currently has plastic runners in place. Tile flooring throughout the rest of the coach appears to be in good condition however I did notice a couple minor cracks. Corian-style counter tops appear to be in good condition. Vinyl padded walls throughout are all clean appear to be in good condition may show blemishes but I personally did not see any. Cabinets throughout all open and close properly look good. Dash appears to be in very good condition. Large 2-piece windshield is good. All other windows are good. TIRES: left front xxxx Double Coin good tread no cracks; left right xxxx Michellin good tread no cracks; right rear xxxx Bridgestone good tread no cracks; right front xxxx Double Coin good tread no cracks. Everything else we tested and/or checked at the time of this ad placement was in proper working order: electric entry step roof air conditioning water pump lp leak detectors range microwave refrigerator/freezer furnace water heater dash air radio televisions rear view camera and monitor HWH computerized leveling jacks lights & markers and generator. I did not see a washer/dryer hook-up in this coach.
